Offers valid at the Riverside, MO, and St. Joseph, MO, offices only. All products and services must be purchased between 11/6/21-11/13/21 to qualify to receive 20% off. We will not honor the discount for purchases prior to 11/6/21 or after 11/13/21. 20% off discount cannot be combined with other Epiphany Dermatology offers or discounts. The St. Joseph office only carries products and does injections. All other services purchased will be provided at the Riverside office. Rules and restrictions apply. Offer is subject to change.

Products

All products are available at 20% off from 11/6/21-11/13/21.

• No prescription or medical procedures are sold at a discount.
• Patient may take home product at the time of purchase.
• For online purchases, please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed and 7-10 business days to be delivered due to increase in demand.
• Skinbetter products can be purchased with 20% off discount in-office only.
• Products are not refundable or returnable unless they are unopened and unused. If you have an allergic reaction, please make an appointment to see a physician and exchange it for a better alternative.
• Dose – patients must pay in full to receive a Dose and make a 15-minute appointment to have it made unless they are repurchasing the same formulation.

Injections (Botox®, Belotero®, Kybella®, Radiesse®, Juvéderm®, Voluma®)

$100 deposit must be placed to guarantee 20% off injections at your next visit. All deposits must be used by 4/30/22 to get 20% off.

• All deposits are final.
• One deposit per treatment. (Example: for Botox, place a $100 deposit. For filler, place a $100 deposit. You do not need to put down more than $100 per treatment.)
• The $100 deposit is applied to your total injection cost at the time of your injections.
• If the deposit isn’t used by 4/30/22, it will stay on your account as a credit to be used on cosmetic procedures or products in the future. You will not receive 20% off after 4/30/22.

Lasers (Fraxel®, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, SculpSure®, Clear + Brilliant®)

Patient must purchase in full between 11/6/21-11/13/21 to receive the 20% discount and schedule your appointment(s) out at that time.

• All purchases are final.
• You must complete treatment(s) by 4/30/22 for the offer to be valid.
• If you decide not to utilize the treatment or do not complete treatment by 4/30/22, the amount will stay on your account as a credit to be used on cosmetic procedures, services, or injections.

Memberships

Memberships are excluded from the sale. If a membership is purchased the week of the sale, Platinum Members will receive a 15ml HA Intensifier and a Micro-Exfoliating Scrub ($82 value) and Black Members will receive a 15ml Silymarin, 14ml HA Intensifier, and a Micro-Exfoliating Scrub ($165 value).
